About The Owner

Kat has been around pets her whole life. She was known as the "animal whisper" as she would, and still does, befriend the shyest cat or dog. Being able to read animal body language has allowed Kat to care for and respect the pets under her care. 

In her free time Kat enjoys hiking, spending time with family, and supporting local small businesses. Kat and her husband share their home with two dogs and three cats in Willoughby, Ohio. 

Background:

• Attended Columbus State Community College and earned her associates degree as a veterinary technician.
• Member of Pet Sitters International (PSI). 
• Certified Professional Pet Sitter (CPPS) through PSI.
•  Insured/bonded through Business Insurers of the Carolinas (BIC).
• Trained and certified in Pet First Aid/CPR through PetTech.
• Fear Free Certified.
• Member of the Willoughby Western Lake County Chamber of Commerce.
