Meet The Owner of Kat and Dogs Ohio LLC

Hi, I’m Kat—the founder of Kat and Dogs Ohio (KADO). I started KADO in 2013 with one goal in mind: to offer professional, reliable, and personalized care for pets and peace of mind for their people.

In 2017, I joined Pet Sitters International (PSI), and by 2020, I earned my Certified Professional Pet Sitter (CPPS) designation. In 2021, I became Willoughby’s first—and only—Fear Free Certified Professional Pet Sitter. My husband and I live in Willoughby, Ohio with our two senior cats, who inspire much of the love and care I bring to every pet I work with.

Education & Ongoing Training:

• Associate Degree in Veterinary Technology, Columbus State Community College.

• Annual attendee of Pet Sitters International (PSI) and Ohio Veterinary Medical Association (OVMA) conferences.

• Year-round participant in Fear Free webinars and other continuing education programs.

Certifications:

• Certified Professional Pet Sitter (CPPS) through PSI.

• Willoughby’s Only Fear Free Certified Professional Pet Sitter.

• Certified in Pet First Aid & CPR through Pawsome University.
