Absolutely! Before any services begin, all new clients are required to schedule an Initial Consultation and Behavioral Assessment. This visit gives us the opportunity to meet you and your dog(s), learn their routines, discuss any medical needs, review home care instructions, and answer any questions you may have. Once your account is complete, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your consultation.

Dog walking visits are available Monday through Friday during our midday service window. Visits are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis and are ideal for busy professionals, those working long hours, or anyone who needs a helping hand ensuring their dog receives exercise and a potty break during the work day.

Dog walking visits are scheduled within our midday service window. While we cannot guarantee an exact arrival time, we’ll provide an estimated timeframe during scheduling and keep you updated through your Time To Pet client portal.

Neighborhood walks take place in and around your community using familiar routes whenever possible. Walking in a familiar environment helps many dogs feel more comfortable and confident while maintaining their normal routine.

Possibly. During your initial consultation and behavioral assessment, we’ll determine whether it is safe and appropriate to walk multiple dogs together.

If your dogs can be safely managed on separate leashes at the same time, we’ll happily walk them together. However, if walking them together would compromise safety, they will need to be walked separately, and additional visit time may be required.

We do not have specific breed or size restrictions. However, for the safety of your pet and ourselves, we are unable to accept dogs who:

• Have a history of aggression or biting
• Display aggressive or unpredictable behavior toward people or other animals
• Cannot be safely handled on leash
• Pull excessively on leash
• Cause us to feel unsafe during handling or interactions

All dogs must successfully complete our Initial Consultation and Behavioral Assessment before services can begin.

No. Our vacation pet sitting services are exclusively for cats, pocket pets, and birds.

While we offer weekday dog walking services for established clients, we do not provide vacation care, overnight care, live-in care, or boarding services for dogs.
