To keep things simple, secure, and stress-free, we use a software system called Time to Pet. It's easy to navigate, mobile friendly, and gives you access to your own private account.
Once you’re set up, you’ll be able to:
• Add or update your personal and pet details
• Schedule, change, or cancel services
• Message us directly
• And so much more—all in one spot!
For your peace of mind, every visit is GPS-tracked, and you’ll get a detailed report after each one, so you always know how things went.
Before you're able to request services, we do require an in-home initial consultation and behavioral assessment for all new clients. It’s a chance for us to get to know one another and make sure everything goes smoothly from the start!

Step 1: Complete the New Client Request Form with basic personal and pet information.
Step 2: After submitting your form, we’ll reach out via phone, email, or both to follow up.
Step 3: If approved, you’ll finalize your account by completing additional information, uploading your pet’s vaccination records, and downloading the Time to Pet mobile app.
Step 4: After receiving your completed details, we’ll guide you through scheduling your New Client Initial Consultation and Behavioral Assessment. A $50.00 consultant fee shall apply.
Step 5: Once the consultation is complete and approved, you’ll be ready to request services. Don’t forget to keep your information up to date!
