Step 1:Request Your New Client Account
Complete your details so we can understand your location, pet care needs, and scheduling preferences.
Step 2: Create Your Client Account
Once approved, you'll complete your household and pet information, upload current vaccination records, and share care details. This step ensures safety and helps us personalize care.
Step 3: Schedule Your Initial Consultation And Behavioral Assessment
We'll visit your home to meet you and your pets, review routines, and align expectations. This allows us to tailor our support and build trust with your pet(s).
A $50.00 consultation fee applies + tax/surcharges.

Important Policy Notes
For everyone's safety and comfort, all cats and dogs must have a current rabies vaccination documentation on file before services can begin.
We are unable to provide services before your account is complete and the consultation is scheduled.
Because our approach prioritizes thoughtful preparation, same-day or last-minute service requests can't be accommodated. This allows us to maintain a calm, trust building relationship.

To reserve your place, please complete your new client account within three days of initial contact. Consultation appointments are offered on a first come, first serve basis and are only confirmed once all required details are submitted and approved.
