This is the first step in our onboarding process and helps us learn more about you, your pet(s), the type of care needed to determine if we are a good fit or not.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, you'll receive a Welcome Email with instructions to create your secure client account.

After approval, you'll activate your Time to Pet account. This is where you'll have access to view and update:

Once your account is complete, you'll receive instructions to request your initial consultation and behavioral assessment. This meeting allows us to:

Time to Pet makes managing pet care simple - with real-time updates, GPS check-ins, easy messaging, and more - all from your phone, tablet, or computer!

For your pet's safety and well being, all new client accounts must be fully completed before scheduling an initial consultation or future services. We're unable to accommodate last-minute requests, as proper set up and assessment are essential to providing safe, reliable care. For the security of your home, accurate entry instructions are necessary in preventing care delays.

We know this may feel like more steps then other service providers and that's intentional. We prioritize safety, clear communication, and long - term relationships with both pets and their people.
