Thank you for choosing Kat And Dogs Ohio. Our services are designed for guardians who value patience, clear communication, safety, and a Fear Free partnership approach. To ensure a calm and consistent experience, we follow a structured onboarding process designed to understand your pet's needs before care begins.

Complete your details so we can understand your location, pet care needs, and scheduling preferences.

Once your request has been approved, you’ll complete your home and pet information, upload current vaccination records, and share important care details through your secure client portal.
Our onboarding process typically takes 15-30 minutes to complete depending on household details, number of pets, and care notes. This step helps ensure the safety and well-being of your pets while allowing us to personalize their care and determine whether we’re the right fit for a successful, long-term partnership.

We'll visit your home to meet you and your pets, review routines, and align expectations. This allows us to tailor our support and build trust with your pet(s).
A $50.00 consultation fee applies + tax/surcharges.

At Kat and Dogs Ohio, we provide professional, relationship-based pet care in the comfort of your home. Every pet is unique, and every family has different routines, preferences, and expectations.
That’s why all new clients complete a thoughtful, multi-step onboarding process. It allows us to get to know your pets, understand their daily routines, review medical and behavioral needs, and answer any questions before services begin. This helps create a safe, personalized experience while ensuring we’re the right fit for a successful, long-term partnership.

For everyone's safety and comfort, all cats and dogs must have a current rabies vaccination documentation on file before services can begin. Pocket pets and birds will need a current health certificate on file.
We are unable to provide services before your account is complete and the consultation is scheduled.
Because our approach prioritizes thoughtful preparation, same-day or last-minute service requests can't be accommodated. This allows us to maintain a calm, trust building relationship.
