Using this user-friendly system pet parents are able to update their personal and pet details, request or cancel services, and so much more. For your peace of mind, all services are equipped with GPS technology to ensure that we make the most out of every visit. You will receive a visit report at the conclusion of all services that will summarizes how everyone is doing.  You don't want to miss out on these great benefits!

If approved, you will be able to activate your account, complete your personal and pet profiles (one profile per pet), upload your pet's vaccination records, and download the Time to Pet mobile app. An initial consultation and behavioral assessment is required prior to requesting services and will last about an hour. A $50.00 consultant and behavioral assessment fee shall apply. Currently serving the communities of Eastlake, Waite Hill, Wickliffe, Willowick, Willoughby Hills, and Willoughby, Ohio.
