Choosing someone to visit with your pets in your home is a big decision. Our approach is built to keep pets safe, routines consistent, and communication clear from day one. Each step is intentional, helping clients feel confident and supported once they're set up. Proudly serving the Willoughby/Eastlake area.

Create An Account

Ready To Move Forward? Here's How To Become A Client.

Step 1: Submit A New Client Inquiry Request

This is the first step in our onboarding process and helps us learn more about you, your pet(s), the type of care needed to determine if we are a good fit or not.


Once your request is reviewed and approved, you'll receive a Welcome Email with instructions to create your secure client account.


Why this matters:

We work with a limited number of clients to ensure reliable, personalized care - this step helps make sure we can meet your pet's needs properly.

Submit A New Client Inquiry

Step 2: Activate And Complete Your Client Account

After approval, you'll activate your Time to Pet account. This is where you'll have access to view and update:

  • Personal and pet profiles
  • Vet info and vaccination records
  • Scheduling and invoicing
  • Visit updates and communication


Completing your account allows us to fully understand your pet's routine, preferences, and medical needs so we can tailor a personalized plan just for them.


Why this matters:

No missed details, communication errors, or last minute confusion - just clear, organized care you can trust.

Step 3: Schedule Your Initial Consultation And Behavioral Assessment

Once your account is complete, you'll receive instructions to request your initial consultation and behavioral assessment. This meeting allows us to:

  • Meet face-to-face
  • Review routines and care expectations
  • Go over home access and safety
  • Make sure your pets are comfortable with us

This step sets the foundation for stress-free, consistent care moving forward. A $50.00 consultation fee applies + tax.

A successful visit starts before we walk through the door. This ensures your pet feels safe and you feel confident leaving them in our care.

What Happens Next?

If approved, at the conclusion of our consultation, you'll be able to: 

  •  Request or cancel services
  • View upcoming services
  • Communicate with us and receive updates 
  • Pay invoices
  • Manage your account details

Time to Pet makes managing pet care simple - with real-time updates, GPS check-ins, easy messaging, and more - all from your phone, tablet, or computer! 

How We Keep Pets Safe And Homes Secure

For your pet's safety and well being, all new client accounts must be fully completed before scheduling an initial consultation or future services. We're unable to accommodate last-minute requests, as proper set up and assessment are essential to providing safe, reliable care. For the security of your home, accurate entry instructions are necessary in preventing care delays. 

A Quick Note About Our Process

We know this may feel like more steps then other service providers and that's intentional. We prioritize safety, clear communication, and long - term relationships with both pets and their people. This approach allows us to provide dependable, high-quality care rather than rushed or inconsistent service.  If this sounds like what you're looking for, we'd love to work with you.

Getting Started When You're Ready

We will address your inquiry during regular office hours. New client accounts that are not completed within seven days may be archived.
