To make sure we provide the very best care, you'll need to create an account in Time to Pet and complete your personal and pet details. This step helps us:


  • Know where you live - we provide services at your home and cater to families living in Eastlake, Wickliffe, Willowick, Willoughby Hills, and Willoughby, Ohio. 
  • See if our services are in align with your needs.
  • Personalize care around your pet’s unique needs and daily routines. 
  • Keep your pets safe and your home secure with up-to-date medical and emergency information. 
  • Make scheduling and communication smooth and stress-free for you.


Why Completing Your Account Matters


Completing your personal and pet profiles is the first step toward scheduling your Initial Consultation and Behavioral Assessment. During this appointment, we’ll come to your home, get to know you and your pets, and make sure we’re all on the same page about their care and your expectations of us. Clear communication and accurate details are the foundation of a trusting relationship - and we are committed to both from day one.    


Please note:  For your pet's safety and well being, we require all new client accounts to be fully completed before requesting your initial consult and future services. Without accurate details, we don’t have the information needed to provide the safe, reliable, and personalized care every pet deserves. We are unable to take on new clients who need last-minute services, as there isn't enough time to complete the account setup and consultation process properly.

Getting Started is Easy!

Here’s how it works in 3 simple steps:


Step 1: Request Your New Client Account

Submit your details through our secure system, Time to Pet. We may follow up with questions before approval.


Step 2: Set Up Your Account

If approved, you’ll activate your account, complete your info, upload vaccination records, and download the mobile app.


Step 3: Schedule Your Initial Consultation

We’ll meet in your home for a consultation and behavior assessment before services begin.

($50 consultation fee applies + tax)


Time to Pet makes managing pet care simple - with real-time updates, GPS check-ins, easy messaging, and more - all from your phone!

Here Are Answers To A Few Common Questions Pet Parents Often Ask When Getting Started With Us.

Do my pets need to be current on vaccinations?

Yes. For everyone’s safety, all cats and dogs must have a current rabies vaccination on file before services begin.

We also recommend other routine preventatives based on your vet’s advice. Please upload a copy of your pet’s vaccine record to their profile—or contact your vet for a digital copy we can keep on file.

Do you provide medication administration for cats?

Absolutely! Whether your cat needs oral, transdermal, or even injectable medication, we're happy to follow your veterinarian's instructions to keep their care consistent while you're on vacation. In some cases, we may recommend a trial visit or two before your trip so your cat feels comfortable and we can ensure everything goes smoothly. Regular rates apply.   

What is an initial consultation and behavioral assessment?

Before booking services, we’ll schedule a one-time, in-home consultation. This gives us a chance to:

  • Meet face-to-face
  • Get to know your pets in their own environment
  • Review their daily routines and care needs
  •  Walk through your online client account


We’ll also go over any medical concerns, behavioral quirks, or questions you have—so you and your pets feel totally at ease moving forward.
