Learning a software system can be confusing which is why Kat is going to show you step by step how to set up your Client Portal/Account in Time to Pet. Once you create your account, Time to Pet has a FREE mobile app that you can download.
Once you activate your client portal, you will need to complete the "MY INFO" AND "PETS" sections prior to requesting your Initial Consult. Once complete, Kat will review your information and follow up with you regarding the next step.
This profile is devoted to your personal information, such as your name, address, phone number, emergency contact, etc.
The PETS profiles are devoted to your pets! Each pet will have their own profile, that will include their name, vaccination status, feeding routine, etc. If you have multiple pets, click + New Pet, to add another profile.
To request services, click on "SCHEDULE" at the top. In the right hand corner you will see a "Request New Service" button, CLICK IT!
You have the option to make a "Single Request" or request "Multiple Visits"
To request your Initial Consult, click "Single Request." Next select your date, time, type of service (Initial Consult), and hit "Submit Request". Your scheduling request will go directly to the scheduling queue for Kat to process during office hours.
Similar to text messaging, this feature allows you to communicate with your pet sitter! Simply type your message into the chat box and hit "Add Message" You can also attach documents to your message.
While cash or check are preferred methods of payment, all major credit cards are accepted through your client portal.
