Once you have completed your client/pet portal, had a consult, and have been approved, you are an official member of the KADO family! As a client you are able to: request/cancel services, message your sitter, pay your invoice, and update your information through the convenience of your online account or mobile app. If you prefer to pay your invoices using cash or check, that is available as well. Please keep in mind that when requesting services all services are available on a first come, first serve basis.
When pertinent information becomes available, KADO will communicate with you via email and/or social media.
If you prefer to pay using PayPal, all major credit cards are accepted.
