As a client you are able to: request/cancel services, message your sitter, pay your invoice, and update your information through the convenience of your online account or mobile app. If you prefer to pay your invoices using cash or check, that is available as well. Please keep in mind that when requesting services, that all services are available on a first come, first serve basis and will not be considered final until approved by KADO.
When pertinent information becomes available, KADO will communicate with you via email and/or social media.
If you prefer to pay using PayPal, all major credit cards are accepted.
